FREE SHIPPING within Australia for ALL orders NO minimum.

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Worldwide for orders over $80 AUD.

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING to New Zealand for orders over $80 AUD.

WHEN WILL YOU SEND MY ORDER?
All orders are dispatched within 1- 2 business days.
Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
sixD takes payment via Paypal, Afterpay or Credit Card for all online purchases.
An order confirmation email will then be sent to you.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer a click and collect service.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship to all countries, excluding Africa, Brazil, Cuba, India, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Sudan or Ukraine.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes once your order has been placed, nor can we cancel orders.
You can return your items once you have received your order, simply contact us via hello@sixdthelabel.com for a Return Authorisation number and the return address.

CAN MY PARCEL BE REDIRECTED?
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be there to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company affiliated with your order directly.

TRACKING QUERIES
We provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can follow its journey right to your door.
Australia & NZ - Please allow up to 3 working days before querying your delivery status.
International - Although most orders arrive quicker, please allow up to 5 working days before querying your delivery status.
